New dedicated office headquarters for NMB. Construction commenced in 2012. Located on the former site of Nyumba ya Sanaa, the building will occupy the important intersection of Ohio, Upanga and Bibi Titi Mohamed Streets. To include 10,000m2 of office space, a new bank branch, a gallery for Nyumba ya Sanaa and 6,000m2 of car parking in 2 basement floors. The building will take advantage of views across the Gymkhana golf course towards the ocean. The main exterior feature will be custom built coloured ceramic shading louvers on all elevations.
