    The house is designed to fulfill client’s requirements. The client needed a simple house of two bedrooms which can be built in phases due to shortage of money.

    The house can be built in phases by starting with master bedroom, then two bedrooms with public toilets, then lounge and dinning. The next construction can be done without interfering with previous construction. All next construction can be done without removing a single nail. By considering this a house was designed as Maputo house to fulfill the phase construction of roof. 

    Internally the spaces were arranged well from the main entrance to the back porch. The circulation at the public spaces (lounge, dinning & kitchen) does not interfere with the activities going on. There is a corridor which leads to the rooms and toilets. Back porch from the house is accessed through the kitchen. There are two stores in a house, a kitchen store and outdoor store which is accessed through the back porch.
